Predicted Outcome

So Obama is announced as president. The votes here haven't even been counted yet because the polls had just closed when I heard the news, but I guess no one cares. -_- That is not to say that I am upset at the outcome. *nods* I can see that. Constitutionally, black men were granted the right to vote, before women. Period.

Kind of brutal though, isn't it? That we still have to fight the stigma of 2nd class citizenship. Besides, the fact they thought to secure the female vote adding a woman to the race who was completely anti-women's rights kind of turned women off the GOP.

Here's to a brighter future!

PS: Do you have the MP3s for the Anatolia Story Radio Plays? Just the theme songs, not the drama tracks?

I was sad to see Sarah Palin accept the GOP ticket nomination. I knew they would dump any problems on her if it failed. And they are still blaming her for things like over priced clothes they bought for her and so on.

I see it a lot where I am stuck between being "equal" or fairness. They should mean the same thing but they don't.

I certainly hope for a brighter future. We have all come a long way but there is still ground to travel over. ^_^

I think I still have the MP3s. If not I have the radio plays and can remake them (one CD with my MP3s got corrupted so I don't know what was on it). I will look and let you know. ^_^
