Five weeks worth of post. Eek. Life has been happening as I haven't been posting on LJ. I'm behind on Owl stuff... piles of music just waiting for me to get a couple days off to dive in. The blogs are backed up, as I've just been struggling to come out on top of my many responsibilities. Blech

Just want to say that I am always so impressed with how often you perform, and how much time and energy you put into it. I am totally a hobbyist, and I'm epically bad at coming up with acts that I can recycle and do many places - they're either so themed, or involved props or headset mics or other people, and so they're just not portable.

You coming to Burlesque Boot Camp tomorrow?

Thanks! I heart burlesque, and am totally committed to performing as much as possible, but wish I was better at conceptualizing pieces. I have a couple that I love beyond all others, but I've been lately frustrated that I have too limited a dance vocabulary to be a memorable for the right reasons performer. I'll figure it out!

I will be at boot camp! And Juicy and another of our dancers Magnoliah will also join us. Can't wait!
