In less than three months I will be Mrs. Alvarez. Or something like that. We already have rings, dress, witness's, a church, priest, reception site, cake designer, photographer, and we still have our sanity.

Have not been on here for what seems like eons.
I am currently working two chaplain jobs. The one I have at Norwood is good and is going to help me save more money. I feel guilty, though. This is because I am filling in as a "protestant" chaplain. I am so excited. This is definitely going to go down in the books as the summer/spring of weddings. I have already been to two of the multiple weddings. I think I have about three more to go. Yes, you are one miss Angel! That is not very far away. I will no longer be suprised if there are more that show up.

I broke the news to my mother that I am going to Puerto Rico at the end of the summer with Jose. Jose and I are going for his brother's wedding. The mumz took it pretty well. It helps to complement ones mother on her good job at raising her children. *note to self, remember to complement not insult when we want positive results ( Read more... ) -

Update on my car:
It survived. It just needed the engine washed and I needed to get an oil change a little early. It still goes through oil quickly but it is still ticking. Yay!

Work is going very well. I am starting to get the hang of more things. It is invigorating to see how I can handle new and different situations. I still have alot of learning to go. My goodness. Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow...
Last night I spent the night trying to be comfortable in a green recliner chair with a matching ottoman (spelling). I slept well enough. That's what I do. I can sleep in any condition given to me.
