So, I was having a brief burst of random anxiety for no reason and so decided to deal with it in one of the ways I know - your anxiety is a beach ball bobbing on the ocean and you just let it bob there peacefully till it drifts off.

I don't have anxiety often, but my brain does weird things to my daydreams. It's like watching that movie Comet...rewind and start again kind of stuff.
