- Yes. One I didn't recognize as friends and those whose friendship cost me more than it was worth.

- It depends on where I am on a project. At the beginning of things I listen to it constantly and in the middle to get me over the humps but when I'm wrapping something up I can't stand the distraction of it.

I have no idea. The concept is a new one to me. I don't know how "real" it has to be. The idea is enough. It doesn't have to be quantifiable. Which, in scientific terms makes it irrelevant but personally the idea seems enough.
