First, I am so excited about this National Protest on the War Against Women stuff that has been going around. These issues are sooooo important - both the specific fight over women's access to safe contraception and the more general issue of political rights and voice. Yes she is! This movie was filmed before she was any kind of a big star, but even when I first saw it and had no idea who she was, I couldn't help but notice her.

Ironed Jawed Angels = awesome movie! I felt so inspired to do SOMETHING afterwords that I looked into getting the ERA amendment passed. I'll be channeling that drive for the National Protest Against Women.
