i should be famous. i don't know what for, but i really ought to be famous. being famous could arguably become my future career. why did i not think of this earlier? and to think, i was gonna go to college. college schmolege, i have discovered my destiny.

We just got news today that a friend of the family who is in the Marine Reserves is now in Iraq, and he expects to be sent to Fallujah some time this coming week. Michael is 21 or 22 now; he joined the reservers in 2000 at 18, before the war began, because he needed a way to pay for college at the University of Maryland and he thought it would be ( Read more... )
