Has anyone found orders from Lush UK taking longer than usual for delivery? I placed an order on Feb.23rd and it was shipped a couple days afterward. I'm in Canada, and in the past my UK orders often arrive as quickly a my Canadian orders, if not faster. It still hasn't arrived in my mail and I'm wondering how long I should wait before emailing ( Read more... )

I'm in the US and my last order (placed in January) took over a month to get to me. Once I got it everything was fine in the package. It just took a really long time. I blame the terrorists. ;-)

I placed an order 1/15 and after one month nothing, I emailed Lush UK CS and they told me to wait 6 weeks...then finally they issued a replacement package. And I just got that yesterday, so it took a day short of two months to receive,

Thanks, that's good to know! I really don't want a refund, I want my items! Especially since I ordered two bottles of Glogg and I don't want to miss them before they're gone.

Right now anything that comes into the US that weighs over 750 grams is being put through special screening. A friend sent me a registered package from Barcelona and it took almost 1 month exactly to get here.

You will get your packages but they will be delayed. This is not a "only from Spain" thing, this is a "from around the world" thing.

My order placed Feb. 23 just got to me today, in Illinois.

It seems to be hit or miss. I had an order from Jan 9th take over a month. I emailed and was told to wait 4 weeks. At almost 5 weeks I called the UK through skype and they reissued my package. The reissue took exactly a week. I am in CA. My forum order from Feb 9th took about a week and a half. Last year all my packages took exactly a week. I think customs is a pain right now which is not Lush's fault. I am not sure about the weight thing, but think of it like going through the airport. They supposedly pick people at random to search bags. I am guessing that is at least the case with packages right now. After 4 weeks I would email or call them.
