 Ladies and Gents, I made my first order from the UK site and it arrived today.

I have a few questions though...

I know things are weighed, but my ocean salt (smaller size) seems really empty, is this normal?

Also, my ultrabland is SUPER watery, and I'm used to it being extremely thick

Also, I was sad that my soap was out of stock, hoping it doesn't

Yes, unfortunately, Ocean Salt has always been pretty empty. That's just how they fill it. :\ I know it's unexpected...but, at least you weren't cheated? :)

its not so much the ocean salt, cause its cool and all, but man the ultra bland is like WATER... i can't even use it

I emailed customer service, but like... I've just never seen this before.

My tub of Ultrabland that I got from the UK is a nice, thick paste. I think she got a bad batch?
