Doesn't sound like you've changed that much on the first movie- made Annikan older, the Princess younger, and removed Jar Jar. I would recommend removing any signs of 'mitochrondia' and the miracle birth of Annikan having no father (just never bring it up).

Then again, the first movie's problem wasn't really the plot (IMHO, things fall apart in the second movie), so that makes sense. I'll be curious to see what you do for the second mvie.
