A very...cute movie. At times even adorable. But it doesn't hold my attention as well as other Ghibli movies. Not even the somewhat incoherent and scattered Howl's Moving Castle. Still the Cheshire Cat Bus scenes were nice. Really, I think the movie needed less mopey sick mom moments and more magic...

Totoro is coming up in my queue.

We just watched The Cat Returns, and we both really liked it. It's pretty cute, but it also has some decent dialog and action too.
