Hello all! The first fics are indexed and up for March! Hooray!

Please respond in the comments here if you'd like to sign up for indexing fics. Deadline for signup is Saturday, November 13th.

Our goal is to have all fics posted in both communities through October indexed here by December 31st!

Hi Bekka,
when I suggested to have Do-do-list posts I was more thinking of, hm, lets say a list of 12 fictions published on 1 (!) day (!) and for the ppl to comment and thereby sign up for 1 or 2 fictions. I meant to have smaller portions of work than a whole month. I wish I had the time to read that much fiction and to index it, but if my comments stays the only one on this post, please reconsider to make smaller portions of work in sign up posts.

I'm perfectly fine being flexible, because it would be DUMB to turn down help! If there are any specific fics you're interested in indexing, as long as you let me know month and author, that would be cool! Or if you'd like to take like half a month or something? Let me know your thoughts and we'll make it happen! I'd love your help!

Maybe we should add that to the sign up-options? That if people only want to take on a certain amount of fics, then we can try to work something out, too?

Or if there's a specific fic they'd love to index etc.?

Fixed! I don't know, unfortunately, what the hell I've done to the formatting of the post, it looks fine when you're in it, but seems to have randomly given itself lj-cuts.

One more thing. I keep my own masterlist of favorite fanfiction with links back to previous chapters if they're multi-fics. Save Me starts at chapter 5 in my month, so I was wondering if I could just index that fic since it's already in my masterlist.

I think that would be fine! We would just let alissablue know that she doesn't have to index that fic (since it starts in September).

Yay! You rock! I'll have a list by the end of next week for what fics have to be indexed from LRO (to avoid crossover)

I was thinking if someone is posting a multi chapter fic maybe they could contact the author to see what specific tags are in each chapter. Instead of having to read every chapter themselves.

I was thinking of tagging my own fics because there are only 2, but I'm not sure how to tag a multi fic one. Do each of the chapters have their own tags?

and what does Br forward slash in <> mean?
