Please respond in the comments here if you'd like to sign up for indexing fics. Deadline for signup is Saturday, November 13th.

Our goal is to have all fics posted in both communities through October indexed here by December 31st!

Hi there,
I would LOVE to index dprackets and hugocabrets fics, so how do I find out which ones are already indexed or in progress to be indexed? and how do I give notice which ones I am starting, so there is no double indexing? I would love to index the following multi-chaptered fics:
Better Man (I beta anyway for Bhumi)
Skirmish
Strange Face of Love + His....
Educating Mr. Snyder
Roommates
First Love (LRO only, right?)
Stay Lucky

Let me know, which ones on my list are still un-indexed and not in progress to be indexed. Thanks.

Stay Lucky is in my month but you can have it. I'm in the process of indexing Hugocabret's "The Second Kiss". So you can skip that one.

There are gonna be lists sent out to the indexing people, so that everyone knows which fics they don't have to index. Don't worry, it'll work itself out.

I LOVE THE WAY THIS IS TAKING OFF! I'm taking a sad break from indexing at the moment to go all spreadsheet happy, so I should have lists of what we've got to index on both and who's doing what by the end of next week, though it seems to be working great thus far. I want to have it done earlier, but there are these damn things like work and bills that keep getting in the way.

I have a quick question about indexing multi-chap fics. If other characters appear frequently throughout the story do we still have label what chapters they appear in?

I'm going with no. I'm almost done indexing Ditzybea's Time to Say Goodbye (first fanfic ever posted here or LRO, OMG, and still going), and if Noah appears in a lot of the chapters, I'll just index the whole fic Character: Noah. But if Lucinda is only in Chapters 5 and 10, I'll put the tag on the post for Character: Lucinda, but mention in the post that she appears in only Chapters 5 and 10. I'm also thinking, since this if the first LONG one I'm indexing, that I'll tag the post operation!Noah, but mention that operation!Noah is in Chapters 1-18, since he is post operative after that.
