How much time would we have to complete this project? I have some things coming up but would be happy to help.

Right now, we're thinking of giving people until December 31st to index the fics up to and including October^^. That way, we can "launch" the comm on the first day of the new year.

And any kind of help would be more than welcome =).

And OMG I noticed you have links to the indexing how to and tags posts and I wouldn't have even known how to start on this, and you are AWESOME!

I should put up a warning post cause I'll probably be dumping eight posts with March indexes in tonight, y/n?

Though maybe I should just fix the index tags post with the changes tonight and a warning post, and then put up the indexes tomorrow? Yep, that's my new plan! Unless I change my mind...

A question regarding one shots that are the same verse. I've just come upon such a fic and the series started in an earlier month. What should I do? Treat it as a multi-chaptered fic or just as a one shot?

I'm thinking... Treat them like one shots, but link to the other fic-entries as well.

I am indexing a fic, which I also beta for (The Better Man) and my author started posting on LRO in early October and on LJ in early November. Now, I just took the nov and the oct month tag. Is that correct? Please specify that case in the indexing tag list. Thanks.

Okay, so, what we agreed on:
Although we prefer entries only having links to one community, it's fine if you want to link to both communities and use two different month tags^^.
