Another inconsistent episode. Way to be consistent, ATWT.

WORSE. EPISODE. EVER.

Even Van's genius acting couldn't save the show from the terrible, sped-up, awkward writing galore.

I didn't get off work until 2:15 so I only saw the last half of the episode, so- did Noah SERIOUSLY say 'well who's idea was that?' when Luke said he and Reid hadn't had sex? And did Lily tell Luke that Reid was lucky to have Luke as a 'friend'?

But yeah. The best part of the episode was Luke's rant about how Reid wasn't a hero, because a real hero would have come back alive to him. That was so so so real. God that broke my heart, along with Luke's line at the end about how Reid would be in the pond, 'with him,' and how they would 'finally get that swim.' God.

I know the "finale swim with me" line was so sad...

I accually thought Van was going to shead a tear at that moment but it didn't happen, oh well! But it was a good scene I think....

Yeah, I was watching and thinking, what a tumultuous day--they said I-love-you, Chris got a transplant and recovered from it in record time, Reid died, Luke grieved, Lily and Holden hung out in Brooklyn and came back, Lucinda got drunk and sobered up and had conversations and left flowers all in daylight time, John performed an agonizing surgery, then had time to go see Lucinda instead of checking up on his patient...

but I digress.

Luke was good. Lily was good. Lucinda was good. Uncle Angus was good. Otherwise, kind of a lame episode?

Wasn't it more than a day tho? I know Luke was wearing the same clothes, but I kinda assumed he'd been there for something like 24-36 hours or so..

Even still, that was fast.
