Once again an amazing chapter and I wasn't expecting Noah to offer Luke guardianship of Sammy but I get it Noah has to work on himself before he can be of any kind of father to her. I don't think he will be completely out of her life but he has his own issues to deal with and Luke has that extended support system that Noah doesn't.
