I'm still here...still weird. Just been busy with work, fielding phone calls from health workers about my mom, or playing that darn game. -
I voted, quit bugging me.
I work on campus...all the adorable students working from various campaigns are out encouraging people to vote. I'm considering a sandwich sign that says "I voted, quit bugging me."
I do realize the election is important, but like so many, I'm also tired of it.

Doing a bit of LJ housecleaning
I'm doing a bit of journal housecleaning...dropping communities I don't really seem to find interesting, etc. I might clean out the friends list a bit, especially for folks that seem to have abandoned their journals. Don't take it personally if I drop you, but feel free to let me know if you want me to add you back. -

Mom/Grandma continues to slowly decline. She's pretty much lost about the last 5-7 years of memory now, and can't remember anything new much more than a few minutes. She's very weak, but keeps on ticking. She did have another ( Read more... ) -
Family Update: Dogs, Mom, and Adjusting, Oh My!
Not much posted here lately. Been busy and burned out.
Kye had surgery a month ago--lost a foot of his small intestine. It appears he swallowed a wood chip (more like chunk)--I think it was the sort that people soak in water and then put in grills for smoking food.
