Fast food management arguments over pop... man... I can't even begin to describe how much as an employee I would've mocked both managers for that cause I always knew the district manager and basically outranked them. Hell, as a non-manager I used to step make the call instead of management because I did in fact pull more weight than them.

Manager to be training for a position above me acting like a fool and then complaining when I took control of the situation and handling it like it should have been handled.

I don't honestly see how someone like that even made it to management, nonetheless level 2
