I need help selecting a laptop
I am planning on buying a new computer in the next couple weeks and am seriously in need of advice and opinions. I have never purchased a laptop before and feel like I have no idea what I am looking at.
My computer geek repairman, says that if I want a laptop that will last and not have problems, I should get a Dell or a Macbook.

Well, did that. The cats were a lot more impressed to have me outside than I was to *be* outside. I was cold and underwhelmed. It was a lot more impressive in theory than in reality, what with all the street lights/porch lights/christmas lights. :( -

Ah, man- I just inadvertently exposed my 12 year old son to the joy that is professional wrestling and he is totally hooked. O_o
It's been more than a decade, but I suppose I could see if I still have any old Wrestlemania tapes around- I don't think they survived the cut when I packed for moving, though. -

We are sick again. 'Tis just a cold, but man, must we do this every MONTH? Fox has missed two days of school (for a total of 11 this year so far) and Ivy has missed one- for a total of 23. I forced both kids to go to school today. Now, I'm going back to bed. That gnawing guilt I feel over my hypocrisy- can bite me.
