Haruka was a bit of a brainbreaker at first. She's him--him in an alternate world, as a girl, leading SEES. But Minato has realized that that isn't entirely accurate. She's her, her own person with her own strengths and she's something of an amazing person to know. It's easy to feel close to her and trust her, and she seems to trust him as well.
Despite their strange status as not quite twins from two alternate timelines, to Minato it just seems as though he's met a kindred soul who he can trust.

VITRIOLIC BEST BUDS SOCIAL LINK
Despite the tough times they've had in the past, it is a relief to have Junpei in Vatheon. Junpei was, after all, one of his first friends, and they'll be teammates and bros forever; he promised so.
Junpei is silly and odd and acts dumber than he is at times, but Minato wouldn't have anyone else at his side despite this, and he hopes that he can be the same for his best bud.

WELL-MEANING BUT DIFFICULT BOY SOCIAL LINK
Akito and Agito together are an interesting and baffling acquaintance. While Minato understands their situation better now, and while Akito has opened up to him a little, there is still a lot he doesn't know about them and a lot he wouldn't presume to know. But until they are willing to talk to him, he can only be patient and do his best to be there if he's ever needed.
Their jarring talk on their differing opinions of life was something that made Minato realize--Akito needs a reason to live. One that Vatheon won't take away.

SPEAKS WITH ANIMALS SOCIAL LINK
Daine is really an elegant person. Each conversation he has with her is enlightening in some way, and the way she speaks and acts towards animals--who she calls People--is really something new to him. Minato would like to get to know her better. He suspects that there is a lot to someone as self-confident as she carries herself, and her abilities with animals is something he's never seen before.

LAZY SNARKY HEARTLESS SOCIAL LINK
So far, their conversation has been surprisingly relaxed and calm; Axel's snark Minato can easily return with his deadpan sense of humor, and while their discussions have been nothing special, the relationship is something calm and less bizarre in a world of bizarre happenings.
Overall, Minato enjoys speaking with Axel, and he'd happily talk more with the other...and maybe learn more about Axel when he's ready to tell. And all he can do is extend his hand if ever the other would like to take it and trust him--and thankfully, it seems like that might be true.

Hubert Ozwell
FELLOW VERY BLUE DEFENSE FORCE LEADER SOCIAL LINK
Minato has gotten to understand Hubert much better lately, with their decision to dual-lead the Defense Force of Vatheon. And what he has come to realize is that he can very much trust and depend on Hubert, and he does. The other is sensible, reasonable and willing to do his part, so all Minato can do is tail along and try to do his best as well.
But he's grateful to have someone like Hubert at his side when it comes to defending the well-being of the city and everyone in it.

Masamune Date
MANRY SAMURAI SOCIAL LINK
The Date Masamune.
As bizarre as it is to meet a historical figure like him, overall Minato quite likes the samurai. He's sensible and calm, but in the battle between him and Motochika, it was clear that he was skilled and passionate about what he did.
Minato will be looking for more opportunities to speak with him; the few that they've had have been enlightening thus far.
Though he still feels guilty for mentioning his children.

TEENAGE SAMURAI SOCIAL LINK
Takeru strikes Minato as a bit of a derp.
Yeah. But hey, he's a samurai too! And a sentai! Sentai Red, even, and Minato almost feels like he's watching a TV show--but he has to take Takeru seriously when he tries so hard and has such good intentions.
...well. He has to take him seriously most of the time.

LOYAL BEST (DOG) FRIEND SOCIAL LINK
To have Koromaru here is a gift Minato hadn't looked for and yet somehow got. To be able to pet the dog again, the loyalest companion who had always stood by his side...
Well it only convinced him that he had to do his best to fix things. To set things right. Whatever it took.
But for now, he'll be content to have Koromaru around, to be able to take him on walks, and to simply have the world feel a little more whole because the dog is there with him.

CAUTIOUS POKEMON SOCIAL LINK
A mysterious Pokemon who nonetheless showed nothing but care for the other Pokemon in Vatheon. Despite his quiet, stoic tendencies, Minato was able to extract a promise out of the Pokemon that he would protect N; and when that was true, there were no longer any doubts about Mewtwo's "goodness".

Katakura Kojuro
CALM SAMURAI SOCIAL LINK
Kojuro is a quiet, calming presence. Compared to the other samurai from that era Minato has met (read: Masamune, Motochika), Kojuro seems to have a very sensible, down-to-earth, downright quiet way to view life. And it's refreshing. His presence is one that Minato very much enjoys, simply because with all of the hectic activities going on...It is never a chore to talk about gardening with the samurai.
And Minato still needs to thank Kojuro for his help and protection as well.

NOT HELPLESS BLIND GIRL SOCIAL LINK
So far, Terezi has been an interesting but mostly harmless social link. He met her when first attempting to clean up a mess Ryoji had left, so admittedly their beginning could have been better, but in the end, she simply struck him as a girl who had lost one too many friends, dealt with a little too much, and tried to be strong throughout it all.
She hasn't opened up to him very much yet, but he doesn't mind; someday, if she feels she can trust him, she will, and he can wait for that day. Until then, he'd like to draw with her in red chalk.

ODD BIRD LOVER SOCIAL LINK
Eiji is the peculiar sort. He and Minato met, as per usual, when Eiji arrived to Vatheon. Not so usually, Eiji was trying to get a can of soda to transform in a mechanical bird thing. ...Bird reference number 1.
But their relationship is pretty chill, despite everything. It could be described as "sane Japanese young men stick together and trade Yu-Gi-Oh rip off cards".
...Actually, yeah, that pretty much describes it. But in the insanity of Vatheon, it's nice to have a relationship that is that relaxed and relatable.

CARING HEALER SOCIAL LINK
She is a sweet person, kind and caring and helpful. Being a talented healer, Priscilla takes helping people seriously, and so Minato will happily help her with that as much as possible, even if it's just acting as a bodyguard as she heals people.
They don't know each other very well yet, but her concern for others is admirable--and her concern for him was unexpected and touching. Minato enjoys speaking with her, and he'll definitely miss her company now that she's gone home.

Dr. Stein is...hard to pin down. At times he is kind and at times he has thoughts of dissecting--and Minato is rather certain that he has thoughts of dissecting him sometimes, thanks to his Personas.
For now, it's a tentatively neutral acquaintanceship. It's difficult to say which direction it'll go from here.

Despite the somewhat strange way they met and grew to know each other, Adachi has become somewhat more trustworthy, for a given definition of "trust". In the end, he has lied to Minato's teammates and has had his moments of shadiness, but well.
It's tough to dislike a guy who will smash a watermelon with a bat and share the pieces with you.

Red
ADORABLE STALKER LITTLE BROTHER SOCIAL LINK
Red was one of the first people he met in Vatheon, and is one of his best friends now. The Pokemon trainer is optimistic and helpful and kind, and doing things with him is never boring or a chore.
Minato is beginning to suspect, however, that there is a lot that he's hiding, bottling up inside. He hasn't dug very deeply yet, but he wants to be able to let Red know that he can lean on him and talk to him if he needs to.
After all, Red has done so much for Minato; it's the least he can do to return the favor and be a good friend. Particularly now that Red looks at him like a big brother; Minato wants to be the best brother he can for him.
They're there to support each other--now and forever.

Effy Stonem
LONELY GIRL WITH A HEART OF GOLD SOCIAL LINK
Effy is the loyalest of friends...And that's what got her into trouble with Ryoji. While Minato did his best to smooth the situation over, at the very least he realized a few things. Effy finally trusts him more, but even more than that, Effy cares about him too...enough to ask him if people take care of him like he takes care of others. While he's never entirely sure how to respond to things like that, he's grateful for the care.
And he knows, most of all, that he can depend entirely on Effy. After all, she's never let him down before.

FRIGHTENED GIRL (?) SOCIAL LINK
Minato doesn't know Jadesprite well, but what he does know is that she's a sweet girl...if a bit lost and frightened a lot of the time. Still, if he can help her out and show her around and get a smile or two out of her, he'll consider it time well spent.

Minato encountered Setsuna when he was injured and in pain, so of course the first and only concern that he had was to help the man. But now that he's recovered, Minato has found that he's a steadfast, if quiet, friend, and he appreciates the loyalty and help and quiet care that the other has displayed. He knows that with Setsuna on the defense force alongside him, he feels just that little bit safer.
Perhaps soon he can learn more about the young man that wants to find the answer to peace.

FELLOW SEES LEADER/PROTECTOR SOCIAL LINK
Aigis is someone Minato depends on implicitly. From the time he met her she has been taking care of him and watching out for him; when he died, she watched out and took care of SEES for him. He's grateful to her for all of that, and for everything she has done for him.
To Minato, Aigis is as human as she needs to be. She is a robot and yet she cares, and that is truly what matters. She is an android but she lives her life to the fullest.
And now that they are both in Vatheon, perhaps Minato can finally thank her for everything she has done for him.

BIZARRE ELEVATOR ATTENDANT SOCIAL LINK
It isn't easy to describe Elizabeth in a few paragraphs. Elizabeth was one of the first people to help him with his Persona power, and as she asked him to take her around his world, she became more than that as well. He is grateful to her for the good times they had, and despite her inanity and strangeness, he has a fondness for her and all of her mannerisms.
He'll miss her, now that she has disappeared from Vatheon, but it was a breath of fresh air to have her there, which he is happy to have been able to have.
