Today, we go up to Bellingham so I can have angioplasty done on the upper and lower veins around my heart, that have been plugged up for about the last two years. I check in at St. Joes Hospital at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, the surgery starts at 3:00 pm, and it shouldn't take more than a couple of hours. Today, since my daughter was born May 1, 1978, while we were talking during lunch, when we signed off, she said, Good by, Dad." This is the very first time in my life that I heard my daughter call me Dad. It's something I've been dreaming of for so very long, but never expected to hear. At the Faerieworld Decompression Party at Sidhehaven, when we left, I ended up with a green camp chair with arms. I should have listened to stardragan, but thought I had our chairs. I'm getting ready to take off to join up with stardragan, enchantedpagan, and goatmanshair at Summerstar...it will be my first one, I'm looking forward to it, and I'm sure there will be pics available sometime in the near future....they drove down on Thursday, so it will be nice to join up with them again, and will turn around and come back on Sunday.....got to slow down sometime!

Well, it was kind of a frustrating trip to the hospital, they weren't really able to do much, except give some very nice, relaxing drugs....the vein on the left side they were looking for is collapsed, so now I have to be referred to a "specialist" in Bellingham, which will be done at a later date.
