I'm not doing the Nova thing. No health insurance + basic interview pragmatic impossibilities = looking elsewhere now. Laura sent out a thing about working as a legal secretary. I'm tempted, but I wouldn't be able to start until July, if then; yay for being out of the country. And do I want to be a legal secretary

1. the start date is sometime in june, but every few months they hire more

2. nobody ever WANTS to be a legal secretary. it's just something to do that gives you time and money and the ability to figure out what you really want. do you think last year i was like "Yes!!! I'm going to be a legal secretary!!! oh god yes!!" haha heck no..that's why I am leaving now-ish to go back to NYU to get my master's.

3. megan w. and amanda wong applied and both are going to be interviewed. not to make them seem desperate, but the HR woman asked only "are they fast typers????!?!" haha

I admit, I was tempted. It sounds like a good job, at least, but...I don't think I want to be in NYC anymore. Yay. I wish I were, though --I want the money. But New York would suck me dry. Diarrhea-esque cashflow and all that.
