Habits I need to break:
* Qualifying everything I say with,"Now this is just my opinion, but..." No shit it's my opinion --The rest usually begins with "I think...."
* Covering my mouth when I speak. Purely nervous and borne of insecurity and a need to hide. BAD.

As for dinner...eh...I have Greek Night both tonight and tomorrow, and dinner just isn't an option. Maybe Friday? *ponders schedule* Um, for some reason I feel like I have something Friday. Don't rightly know what, though.

2) I'm trying to change that particular pattern because of all th research on happy, optimistic people leading better lives. Plus, if you tell yourself something often enough you'll be tricked into believing it.
