Habits I need to break:
* Qualifying everything I say with,"Now this is just my opinion, but..." No shit it's my opinion --The rest usually begins with "I think...."
* Covering my mouth when I speak. Purely nervous and borne of insecurity and a need to hide. BAD.
* Thinking Gee, life sucks. This needs to be retrained into, Gee, today wasn't so
