Scattered Thoughts
Finally back from my whirlwind bit of traveling --I hate flying. I fear flying. And I hate and fear most of all flying in rain/turbulence.
Happy New Year all!!! It's the Year of the Pig, and I was born a Piggie, so it's either going to be a fabulous year or a terrible year for me. Chinese belief, but seems to be accurate --the last Monkey year was definitely a terrible year for my dad. The Zodiac sign you were born to is always either a really good or really bad time for you --here's hoping it's a good one for me. And for any other Piggies out there...walk over a burning fire. It can be a twig set afire in a metal bowl, but walking over fire wards off the bad luck.
Can the moon deity be a male god?
I miss people.
There is a sack of various types of chocolates that will last me for the next month on my floor.
I need better headphones. In ear. So I can show off my new hat, which simply cannot be done with a banded headphone.
This year I resolve to:
1) Go eleven days without.
2) Brush up on my Japanese.
3) Draw a yaoi doujinshi.
4) Finish my epic fic.
5) Enjoy being single, instead of being resigned to it.
6) Let go of my anxiety about money.
7) Learn to drive.
