23rd Bday doesn't appear so special at first glance --it lacks the mythic qualities of 16, 18, and 21, the solidness of 20 and 25, and the symmetry of 11 and 22, but it's a prime number --the next one isn't until 29, so I suppose it is redeemed in my eyes.
