Been out for most of the month and part of the other. Writing of course. I'm working on the huge YA that will take me an awful lot of time. I don't count on finishing soon. But it's big, it's magic and I'm enjoying the whole process

Hey, you never know how your work will be recieved by industry pros unless you try. Here's hoping you'll be that lucky one who bags and agent on her first shot! If not, you're in great company with Rowlings, King, Julia Childs, Fitzgerald, Dr. Suess and many, many others.
Not an agent, I submitted directly to a publishing house. In Spain getting an agent is not that mandatory. We only have a dozen or so agents and they mostly deal with published authors. Publishing houses do accept non agented authors but I guess slush piles are big!
