* Bizarrely, my right hip has been seizing up on me lately. The bizarre part - no matter what time I go to bed, it's been waking me up at exactly 4:00 a.m. every morning.

* I've pretty much got my Nano novel all planned out. Stay tuned for updates and general moans of frustration.
