once again, it's good to be the birthday girl

Today I celebrated my birthday on Martha's Vineyard. Despite growing up in Massachusetts, this is my first trip to the island. It's lovely here, quaint and peaceful and sunny and not too cold.

My birthday included:
- chocolate pancakes
- alpacas!
- houses like candy-colored gingerbread
- a clam roll
- ice cream
- a lighthouse- drinkies
