Well, this IS a movie, a movie based on a comic book no less..so dead is dead until the character needs to be alive again. Hell, they even brought Bucky back!(A comic book geek somewhere is laughing). I would say the odds of Two-face being dead are even. I mitigate his 'aliveness' with the death of Heath Ledger. Before he died the Joker would have made a great recurring villain. Fortunately Batman has a great rogues gallery of villains to choose from. For my 2 cents I'd like to see Bane as the villain in the next Batman movie. In the comics (ignore the George Clooney Batman version) Bane is intelligent and has abnormal strength (at one point he breaks Batman's back). A deep character that would be a good fit with this Batman franchise.
