Yeah, I'm not sure I want a genetic vaccine. All it takes is to have a quirky genome where the genetic patterns it attaches to are also accidentally present in an essential gene (via mutation so very rare), so it would break that hypothetical mutant essential gene.

We might be able to wait for the normal protein vaccines, which don't seem toooo far behind? In the vaccine status lists

Yeah, I'd rather wait for the more conventional one to begin with, because I know it's safe, even if it only protects me for a year or two, giving me time to see what happens with the "advanced" vaccine.
