I remain unable to stop my (rather lewd) guffaws everytime I watch the turkish bath scene.

Ah, the epically homoerotic Turkish Bath scene, which if I remember rightly cracked me up because of some rather suggestive lines and the fact that it's still not as homoerotic as the original illustration for the story.

"I just noticed how beautiful are Jeremy Brett's eyes. Are they grey/green?"
I've been fixated on his eyes from the first episode. They are so incredibly beautiful and they appear to change colour depending on the light and surroundings. Apparently they were hazel.

I love this episode. I rewatched it last year for the first time since I was oh, eleven? And found that it was the source of two lines that had stuck with me all those years.

"I will shoot you through the head, rather than the heart."

"There! Be done by as you DID!"

I don't know quite why I thought those lines were so cool as a kid, but I just loved them. Something so icy about "I will shoot you through the head..." etc.

And I'd always remembered the thing with Kitty's lovely dark red hair, too. God, that girl is gorgeous.
