1. Nippon Chousa is back up, now with not-messed-up subs, so if you grabbed the original version, please grab the new one here! The problem with the original raw we timed against not working is that the new raws are imperceptibly different even if the timestamp is the same, so our subs fall

I personally would like to have cultural notes in the episode, but I voted for them to be posted in the community instead because I don't want to see them in the margins of the subbed vids. My ideal would be something like what Nicko Subbing used to do - the cultural notes would be at the end/beginning of the show, in a separate powerpoint-like sequence that's added directly to the video. That would be lovely.

i prefer translation notes and cultural notes in the episode but sometimes cultural notes may be too long, so if the notes become too long and packed it should be on the post but ^-^

I am personally so excited for Last Hope that I am oddly not worried about it coming quickly at all. I'd rather you all enjoy doing it too!! :)

By and large, having all the notes in the episode is really helpful, but if there are really long notes that aren't super important to the episode, they could probably be added onto the end, especially with cultural notes. It makes it less cluttered. I've had some issue with notes disappearing too fast with videos too, which actually bugs me more than them being too long. I love learning from the notes either way though. :)
