Oh, and PS! Sil!! Your comments in my last big entry were quite helpful and I forgot to come back to tell you how much I appreciated them! The instructional assistant job is still there, although I've been pursuing a few other jobs that, ideally, would end up paying a bit more, although it remains a viable (and very possible) option in reserve and that's a bit on the back-burner for the moment (at least through the end of the week). That's another thing that's been great about my volunteer experience... the number of helpful suggestions and references I've gotten from parents, staff, and teachers about possible avenues into education... invaluable... not to mention the advice and expertise of LJ friends. :o) Thank you so much, Sil. Hope you're well....
