Why am I still awake? Its is 5 am and I am still wide awake, watching the history channel because ... well thats what I do. I watch the history channel and A&E and Discovery Health and the like because that is what I do. I completely understand not really knowing how much you love home until you leave and get homesick. I was born and raised in Washington, DC. In DC talking about how screwed up and screwed over the city has become is sort of a weird badge of honor, but let an outsider criticize it and we'll knock his block off. Well, I moved away vowing I would never come back. After a year I was missing the place. When I went there last week I literally cried as the train pulled into the station.
