MORTAL KOMBAT: knight vs cowboy edition.

Because this is a conversation that has been getting more interesting and complex by the second...what's your opinion? We hadn't decided on equipment/mounted vs unmounted/etc., so just assume that:

1. Cowboy has 1 revolver, fully loaded, and is wearing standard cowboy gear2. Knight has full plate mail on, including helmet, and a mace

I'm now trying to remember the outcome of Knight vs Pirate on Deadliest Warrior... I think the Pirate won.

But I base my vote on the fact that cowboys are good at rolling on the ground. Knights, not so much.
