[Hovering around the food table is a twelve-year-old girl and her one-eyed canine companion, the girl keeping her eyes on the food table and making sure there's always enough food and everyone is getting fed, while the dog keeps an eye on the girl.

Spotting Pilouette, Ginia gives a happy little wave and a friendly smile before taking out a notepad to write up a question, holding the message out in front of her once she's finished.]

Are you enjoying yourself?

[Her nervousness fades a little because, hey, no need to be nervous around a little kid, right? She crouches a little so she can talk to Ginia at eye level.]

Yeah! It really is a pretty nice party. How about you? Having fun?

[Ginia gives a firm nod, her writing very quick and tidy. Comes with the territory.]

Yep! Do you like the food? I helped Rise make a lot of it, but everyone also brought nice food too since it's a potluck.

[wantsaprince]

[She lets out a friendly little laugh.]

It's all really good! I wish I could cook as well as some of these people. And you helped out, too, huh? Must've been a lot of hard work, right?

It was, but there were a lot of people helping out too and it was a lot of fun!

I'm Ginia. What's your name?

I bet it was~! Cooking is like, one of the most fun things ever if you ask me~!

Nice to meet you. I'm Pilouette, but if you want, you can just call me Pils.

Nice to meet you, Pils! This is my dog, Odin.

[Ginia points down at the dog laying down at her side. Odin raises his head, appraises Pilouette with his eye, then sets his head back down.]

Aww, he's like, so cute!

[Grinning, she starts to extend a hand towards Odin, but stops short and pulls her hand back.]

Is...Is it alright if I pet him or...?

[picobartender]

[She nods.]

Don't worry, he's friendly. Unless you're a bad person, then he'll eat your face.

[wantsaprince]

[She just kind of...stares for a second after reading that, first at the notepad, then at Odin, before letting out a nervous chuckle.]

W-Well, um, I sure hope he thinks I'm not a bad person...!

[Carefully, she reaches out and pats Odin on the head.]

[Odin raises his head slightly and looks over at Pilouette, allowing the head pat. He's a dog, dogs like being pet.]

[Oh, good, he didn't eat Pils' face! Hooray! She begins to pet him a little more freely now.]

Awww, such a good doggie~!

[She looks back to Ginia.]

You must have done a really good job training him, huh?

[Odin, big dog with a big puppy heart, rolls onto his back and wags his tail. Belly rub please?]

I didn't train him! He's a stray dog from my neighborhood back home, but I guess someone trained him since he's really well behaved!

[wantsaprince]

[You can have all the belly rubs, Odin. Forevermillion belly rubs.]

Really? Maybe people fed him a lot or something. I mean, that gets dogs to behave, right?

I think so! Everyone likes him in the neighborhood. The dog catchers don't even try to take him to the shelter now.

Do you have any pets?

[wantsaprince]

I don't see how anyone couldn't like him! He's so totally cute!

And I didn't have any pets back home. Daddy doesn't think we have time to take care of one since I have...er, had school and he's at work so much.
