[It would take more than conventional healing to help his severed wing. It was something he just had to wait out. Even a full day in the makeshift medical center on the beach hadn't done much to lessen the pain he was feeling throughout his body. Not to mention the fever that seemed to accompany the re-growing process. And after losing so much blood? Well, it's a good thing the Malnosso had the decency to drop him off in his room this time around!]
[Though making him land on his back was still rather cruel. The occupants of House 1 will know he's home the second he arrives, after which he cries out in pain and rolls onto his side with a bit of a whimper.]

With Tear asleep, though, Nephry had settled for a restless sleep of her own in this quiet house. Until someone screamed. She thinks it's Tear at first, going to that room - but no, she's still asleep.
Which leaves only one option. Ion must be back. ...She will knock before entering, but won't wait for permission.]

[He hears Nephry enter, but doesn't make a move. His back is in agony; it'll take him a moment to recover from that landing.]

She can do that, at least, even bringing in an extra blanket or two from the hallway.]

....
Shit, he's on fire.
Cursing loudly and rolling off of his bed, he tosses his sword and swats frantically at his burning tabard for a moment before making a mad dash for the bathroom to jump right into the shower, clothes and all (and making quite a racket in the process). Not the best start to the day, but at least he's back and alive.
Meanwhile, on his bed, Star curls up on the comforter and goes back to sleep. That'll teach Asch not to be teleported on top of a dozing cheagle...]

And then he hears a goddamn racket and nearly leaps out of his bed to grab his sword. Instead, he leaps out of it and only reaches a hand towards it until he realizes that he knows that voice. He pauses for a few seconds, wondering just what's going on...
Then he goes right to the bathroom and yanks back the shower curtain. Was Asch hurt? Did something happen to him out there? What...
What was he doing?]
Asch?

And since Asch notices this, he pushes Luke out of the way so he can climb out, shutting off the water and dragging off his charred tabard. Since it's still pretty bloodstained after all the fighting, and the water is making the blood run loose, he just deposits it right into the shower to drain. He'll have to wash it later.]
...So it's over.

But then he looks over his shoulder and sees how the water goes from red to pink, just from the tabard. The sight honestly makes his stomach flip flop a little, so he just winces and looks at Asch again. Yes, now that he saw the water from the tabard, he can see the blood on him, too... It makes the irritation leave him, and he drops his hands to his sides instead.]
Y-Yeah... Are you okay?

Her living room floor.]
They could have dropped me somewhere more convenient, you know. Like my bed.

Where'd you end up?

My living room floor. [Yes, Ino, your problems are way harder than others.]

So, while he's very much awake as he slowly makes his way through the village and towards his house, he looks awfully exhausted. His first plan of action? To let Terra and the others know he's back. Then... he'll probably try and hunt down some of his other friends and see how they're doing. It'd be wise to point him in the direction of the nearest bed, though; he could use the rest.
The next day, he'll be hanging around the bakery, trying to relax and still a wee bit tired.]
