[Oh, Artemis, you thought having just Luceti's chief magitechnology engineer was awesome? Try having his brother, who happens to be the heir of most of Luceti's magitechnological enterprise (well... that and the resident math teacher, but ignore that part), and pretty damn skilled in the field himself. Said brother has heard of your burgeoning expertise both from Donatello and from simply seeing the results of it, and he is more than fascinated by the evident interest you have in the electricity.

It's even enough to overcome Robert's natural aversion to people, crowds, and being at the festival in general.]

For such a youth, you show great promise with electrical equipment. [Robert wonders if he shouldn't try to take Artemis under his metaphorical wing, some day. That is, if his brother doesn't do it first.]
