[Richard is in his element here, mingling, stopping to chat with anyone and everyone, and just generally enjoying himself. This is a lot more fun than the sort of parties he's used to attending at home and it shows in his demeanor-- he's not just being polite, he's actually having fun. The fact that it's a party for Naoki is also helping on that end.

Usually found with a drink in his hand as he goes around trying to make sure everyone is having fun and no one is starting up any trouble. Don't be surprise if he comes up to you to say hi and make sure you don't need anything else to have a fun time.
