Something masochistic in Zack spurred him to make a head-count. Considering Lulu had gone back into her room, he was dealing with himself, the red-coated culprit, Sephiroth, the three girls, and the woman with them. Seven. Seven. In a very tight hallway.

This was uncomfortable even for him and Sephiroth seemed to be dealing with it spectacularly. Regardless, the young blonde girl was setting him on track with the reiteration of the other woman's question.

"They're both resting," he explained, pointing out the room he had left Ed and K in. "Feel free to get see them if you want." Hopefully that would get rid of a few people so it wouldn't be as crowded...

Zack looked over at Sephiroth with pitying eyes. Everything would be smoothed out in due time, he hoped. He stepped over to the paper currency the white-haired one had tossed onto the floor and picked it up. "We'll see if we can get this exchanged," he sighed.

So I guess that means I'm not needed? Yuna thought to her self. With the thought of use her skills Yuna had gotten excited, only to be let down. She was a little shocked when Rikku spoke up but that question did need to be answered after all. This was a much different enviorment then she was use to back home, scary but exciting. She didn't know what to expect next, someone could grow wings and fly for all she knew.

"Well lets go check on them!" Yuna exclaimed. The thought of escaping this crowded hallway was a nice idea even if it meant leaving all the excitement.

Selphie was surprised at Rikku's abrupt question, but then remembered that it was Rikku, and the surprise wore off quickly. She smiled inwardly at Rikku's words.

Then she scurried over to the door to the room the dark-haired man had pointed to, but not before giving a curious look to the retreating scantily-clad woman. Why did she look so familiar. Selphie shrugged it off however. "Thank you," she said to the dark-haired man.

Then she turned to Claudia. "Should we go see your friends now, Ma'am?"

The room was a bit crowded, and Claudia knew questions were bound to get lost. She nodded appreciatively at the three girls who finally got the innkeeper's attention.

"That's good to know," Claudia said of her friend's condition. "I suppose we should see them... if they're awake."

She didn't want to disturb them if they were sleeping, but if they were awake? Ed had arranged a meeting with them, she hoped he wouldn't mind too much. Heading towards the door that the innkeeper pointed out, Claudia gave it a sharp rap.

"Ed? Are you awake? The... people you're supposed to meet are here."

Oh, the girl had spunk. That was cute. Dante's grin widened as he shrugged her remark off.

"'Sweetheart' better?" he taunted her teasingly. At least he happened to be dealing with two people that didn't have sticks up their asses. And an eyebrow was most certainly raised when the other man reached down to accept the weird balls she'd rolled in their general direction. Was that what they used as money here? It was damned shame he'd left his Superball collection at home apparently.

"Anyway, whatever. You guys, and gal of course, got names so I know who to ask for when I come back here? I gave you mind, after all," he muses casually, taking again to leaning against the nearest wall. "I'm game for this little Home Improvement BS if you are."

It was pretty sweet of the girl to offer the munny and Zack was even more surprised to see that Sephiroth actually took it. Then again, trying to force it back on her probably wouldn't work, so may as well, right?

The inquiry as to where he was going was understandable, so he had no issue about being truthful. "I'm going to see if I can find Cloud..."

No time for side-conversations, though. They had to deal with Dante first. He looked over at the white-haired one and nodded. "I'm Zack. If you have one of those journal things, we can keep contact through that, too." That would have been a great idea a few minutes earlier since they could contact him through that, but it had only occurred to Zack now, so oh well. It was probably better to just have Dante fix the thing anyway.

It seemed everyone had those journal things around here. "Name is Sweetheart, remember?" Rikku giggled. Men were funny. "My name is Rikku,I didn't know very many people had those journal things I have one too." Speaking of journals,it seemed nothing more was going to happen here so maybe it was time to head back to the Gummi ship and update hers.

"Well if you guys have everything figured out I think I'll be off. Can't stay couped up for long." Rikku said over her shoulder heading towards Ed's room. She had to tell Yuna where she was going after all. "Nice meeting you Dante," She said with a wink. Men in Traverse Town weren't like the ones from her Islands...they weren't well..boring.

"Sephiroth," he replied, more to Dante than to the girl who had introduced herself as Rikku, since she seemed to be leaving in any case. The journal thing was a good idea on Zack's part...not that Sephiroth would have been willing to rely on solely that to keep track of Dante, not if he had been planning on running off without paying for or at least fixing the damage he'd caused.

Well, if Zack was going to find Cloud, that meant...well, fuck, it meant Sephiroth was going to be left with Dante. Screw THAT. He had no interest in supervising the strange man; anyway, all this talk of journals had reminded him that his needed updating, as well as his natural desire to check and make sure he'd recorded the notes that Axel had stolen the original copies of. Without them, the meeting he and the others had been planning would be more or less a moot point... "See if he knows where Aerith is," he remarked to Zack. "If you can find them both and bring him back here, we still need to talk about the Heartless."
