While its still fresh in my mind, I want to update about the dream I just had.
I fairly consistently have nightmares lately. Usually, they involve me having to hurt or kill someone or watch them be hurt. Odd, right, that I rarely dream about myself getting hurt. Only other people, and its never anyone specific. Or no one who really exists, ( Read more... ) -

The last week was incredibly painful. I was offered a chance to go to a level 1 combatives course, so I took it to see what the hype was about. Combatives is the Army's martial arts/self defense program. It incorporates Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling, Boxing, Judo, Muay Thai, and other disciplines to attempt to train well-rounded fighters. We're working things out. I guess. Its hard to keep up. I'm just trying to get her to keep it together until I can get down there. We're fine when we're together. Its when I'm 400 miles away that its tough. Go figure. Its hard to keep up with where we're at, though, so I won't bother to update until I can be relatively sure one way or the other.
