The contractors are here! Yeah!

They've started stripping random things off the outside of my house. A mere 10 days and *cough* $12,000 later, I'll have brand new siding! For now, back to work on this ramshackle place.

The date (sorry for the short notice) is 12 JUN 04. That's not this saturday, but next. Hopefully this will work for most people. If you want to come (it'll be at my house in Lakewood) post a comment here. More precise info (time, games, etc) will be forth coming, if this day works for enough of us.

The club at 2101 Champa rock!. The decor is nice, with places to sit, good lighting, and lots of dance space. And they have a nice hardwood dance floor! WooHoooo!!! I busted out my dance shoes and the went to town. The dance floor is NICE! (Yeah, I know, most people don't care ( Read more... )

While I have no problem BEING up at 4:30, I hate GETTING UP that early. 4:30 should be approached from the 'I'm still awake' side, not the 'I'm getting up' side.

"We do more before 9 am than most people do all day." Grumble, yeah but only because we get up so damn early. Still, I did sign up for it, so I should just shut up and get moving.
