Laura sighed and leant her head against the cool tile for the third time that morning. "This is ridiculous." She murmured glancing at the toilet before pushing herself away and heading for the infirmary.

The treadmill whired as she ran along it, her feet pounding on the belt as she ran, increasing the incline. Her towel draped over the side and her drink on the holder. She smiled remembering the last few days as she worked out dressed in a grey t shirt and black bottoms.

Laura smiled to herself , a sheet of paper in her hands and her dinner in front of her as she sat in the messhall. Today it was spaghetti bolognaise with a side salad. She poked at it amused as she waited for Katie.
