Jack is such an idiot. Just because you repress things does not mean they are not still there eating away at you. He should know that by now.

It's not a bad thing at all, I don't think it travelled very much (I know it's been translated into French, but not much more than that).

Good old Gwen, subtle as a brick - she's even obvious when she lies. I don't understand how Rhys never saw it.

The next story is resisting. I'm not sure what road I want to take, because there is still a lot unfinished here. Ianto is still broken, and I feel sure that should come out explosively. He might have talked to Jack here, but he doesn't share much: he's more of a bottler.

It had to be done, really. It had been niggling at me for a while that, in the Whoniverse at least, there was a possibility that Captain Scarlet could have been based on Jack. I know he doesn't out and out say it here, but I wanted a tiny implication, just to tease.

great story I loved them talking it out, would have been a great scene in the actual series.

There's a lot goes unsaid in the series. I sometimes wonder if RTD did it on purpose, just to see what we would come up with to fill in the gaps. He's a fanboy after all, he understands.
