Fuhito quirked his brow quizzically with Laylee's entrance. Ah, there were the supplies.

"Expecting more of a crowd, Doctor?" He asked with a small, amused smirk. "Actually, how many are assigned to this project?"

He pulled out a few peices of stripboard and a wiring pencil or two, both glinting with copper. By the looks of these supplies, this prototype could fit in a small locker, provided no one had planned on using it. "My only concern is that we have no way to be sure that this is tuned to the correct frequency. These frequencies are so low, not even PHS signals would be disrupted. Our only indicators would be headaches experienced by the staff, which could be influenced by many factors aside from this jammer.
