Who: Sephiroth, Vega, later Kadaj and Yazoo.
When: A few days or so after Sephiroth's
puppet-string testing. Location: Just outside of town coming down from the Mines, North Corel
Rating: PG-13
Summary: Fully equipped once more it's time for Sephiroth to finely polish up those skills of his that have been unable to be used for a while. Having arranged for a respectful sparring session with Vega, it soon turns into a much more interesting training session.
Just as the clothing Sephiroth had willed from the lifestream previously for the Remnants, he found that within the next day a similar trick could be applied to himself if he focused his energies inside far enough. To will the memory of his stolen, destroyed gear into reality once more. Leather quickly materialized from the feet up, boots, buckles, harness and his signature coat; all highly polished as if brand new. Graced by his double-pauldrons that caught the light in no way that they would if they'd have been on anyone else's shoulders.
As Sephiroth exited the opening to the Mines, into the blazing, sunlight it was these pauldrons which caught his attention briefly. It felt good to be back in attire that he recognized as his own, so see the familiar silhouette stretched out on the dusty dirty track as he descended towards the main track which would lead into town. It was almost as if nothing had happened at all to him recently, he reflected with a light smile, as if he had been reborn completely. Of course he partly had been, technically speaking. Mother had shown him the great God he was on the very cusp of becoming, and he was honored to have her presence there growing stronger within him with every day that went by. He felt victorious, but still a lot more had to be achieved. Most aches from recovery were gone with this new day, with residual stiffness first thing in the morning but Sephiroth hoped that within a couple more days he would be in most-senses "fully" healed.
Masamune was summoned to his hand, so naturally from it's nothingness that it made Sephiroth chuckle as he spotted the red-head just at the bottom of the ridge he was following the trail down from. He fancied he could have easily flown from the Mine entrance to here, but he wasn't ready for such a grand entrance just yet. He didn't think getting shot out of the sky would be the best way to start after his rapid recovery. He approached Vega calmly, silver hair swaying from side to side at his back with his walking. Curious eyes waiting for Vega to spot him.
