Lol! I think I love this person, whoever he is. This is totally how I fill out paperwork, too. :)

*grins* He's kind of a grumpy cuss, but he gets the job done. Also, it delights me to know that other people fill out bureaucratic paperwork this way too. :)

I mostly stick to doing it with my boss; anything that goes to the home office, I fill out properly. But he doesn't mind when I do this, so I do it with our store stuff. :)

Ahh the joys of paperwork. Seems like every industry is just full of the stuff. I think we can all relate to the overall theme of this somehow. Well done, and very creative ;)

There's something universal about bureaucracy and all the things that come with it. I'm glad you enjoyed this! :)

Hahahaha! I love the concept of appropriating random moods/life-aspects and reapportioning them to other places.

Almost lost a couple of balls of Happiness to dogs in the park, because her reifier's distance dial was stuck. We could really use some new equipment.

This cracked me up, as did

Norm doesn't get out much, being a giant hedgehog, so I'm not sure what he wants the Speed for. This may warrant investigation.

So many layers of "win" in those two sentences alone. Also, *whispers* "Dinsdale!"

I feel much the same way about paperwork as the narrator. And considering micro-increments such as the 3:42-3:48 block, his complaints about it interfering with Efficiency are self-evident. :0

*grins* I'm really glad my silly concept worked for you! I had written a bunch of Serious Stories (tm) and thought to myself "I need more frivolity"... next thing I knew, the Department of Metaphysical Resources was born.

Hee! I wondered if anyone would pick up on that! ~high five of silly British comedy appreciation~

I have a Monty Python record album that includes that entire Piranha Brothers skit.

And it took me until today's bike ride to remember that the other hedgehog reference in that skit... was Spiny Norman. :D

Thank you! If I was just a leeeetle bit more artistically inclined (and had more time) I would have made a logo for the Department of Metaphysical Resources.
