So my parents got us a stand mixer for the wedding and it has already earned a special place in my heart. It makes baking so easy -- as much as that sounds like a line from an infomercial, it's true. So since it's 3 a.m. and I needed an activity to distract myself from my headache, I made these cookies. I need to work on my food photography skills
