Best wedding present ever.
So my parents got us a stand mixer for the wedding and it has already earned a special place in my heart. It makes baking so easy -- as much as that sounds like a line from an infomercial, it's true. So since it's 3 a.m. and I needed an activity to distract myself from my headache, I made these cookies. I need to work on my food photography skills, but here are my best attempts:

They pretty much look like cow pies any way you slice them, but they are SOOO grood! Huge upgrade from the snickerdoodle recipe I tried last week. The filling tastes just like a peanut butter cup.
Now it's 5 a.m. and I can't decide if I should go to sleep or watch "Project Runway" to find out who wins. I really hope it's not Kenley.
